Saber Defense Corp

Stamus Quattuor — Defendimus Una

We stand as four — we defend as one

Saber Defense Corp is a Wyoming-domiciled, U.S.-citizen-owned defense manufacturer operating four complementary verticals under a single parent: Ammunition, Helix Swarm™, Support & Command, and Catapult. We exist to deliver superior precision munitions and revolutionary autonomous systems that arm the United States Armed Forces, support the U.S. Government, and empower allies to deter aggression and secure enduring peace.

The four verticals operate under a Master Management & Services Agreement that consolidates capital, IP, governance, and reporting at the parent while preserving operating flexibility for each subsidiary. No foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) exists. Leadership is in seat — and accountable.
