What SHSC Is
SHSC is the third Saber Defense subsidiary — a U.S.-domiciled LLC operating as a closed-loop training and sustainment service purpose-built for the Helix autonomous swarm program.
Every service — initial operator training, Forward Operating Teams, recurrent qualification, and Central TAC reachback — is billed directly to the buyer, giving SHSC a clean, high-margin recurring revenue base that scales linearly with fielded drone count.
Two-Pillar Service Model
Training
Helix Operator Qualification Course (HOQC), Hot-Swap Maintainer Course, Swarm Tactics & Mission Planning, and the full Forward Operating Team (FOT) certification pipeline. Delivered at the secured U.S. Helix campus with live production assets, digital twin, and the SHAOS environment — or through Mobile Training Teams (MTT) when scale or theater requires it.
Onsite Sustainment
Rotational Forward Operating Teams deployed to the customer's operational theater. Lean manning: one support billet per 300-drone Squadron and a five-person integrated team per 1,500-drone Battle Group. Structured 90–120 day tours with disciplined dwell cycles keep the forward footprint small and the engineering depth intact.
Central TAC Reachback
A 24/7 SHAOS-enabled operations cell at the secured U.S. Helix campus delivers remote diagnostics, software pushes, and higher-tier troubleshooting to every deployed swarm. Forward teams stay lean; full engineering depth is one encrypted link away.

Why It Matters
A closed-loop system. Personnel are trained and certified inside the Helix production environment, then supported in theater by lean Forward Operating Teams with a direct line back to Central TAC and the production base. The result is maximum drone availability with the smallest forward footprint in class.
Valuation Contribution
SHSC is presented as a distinct high-margin recurring-revenue vertical alongside Ammunition and the Helix platform. Its contribution is reflected in the mark-to-model enterprise value frame; the equity term sheet remains priced at an investor-friendly discount to that frame.
